About The Farm House Project
The Farm House Project was born on one of our favourite Thai islands, hanging in a hammock and reflecting over life. We wondered how we could join our passion for food and build something of our own, away from the corporate and military kitchen worlds. We have created this project to share our love for food and our respect for ingredients, to offer you alternative culinary experiences.

We first met in the exotic country of Thailand, and since have been travelling and living abroad for the past five years.
I, Jonathan Cloake, grew up in Cornwall, UK, a land famous for its delicious seafood and excellent local produce. I am a passionate chef of 16 years experience and had the honour to work with talented chefs such as Rick Stein in Cornwall, Tom Aikens in London and with Michelin Star Chefs from all over the world in Bangkok.
Hélène a.k.a “Frenchie” is the structured brains of the operations and often my best food critic! Born in the South of France and coming from a real foodie family with diverse influences from Lebanon to the French Caribbean, she trained her tastebuds to a fantastic array of flavours. Besides her passion for food, her speciality is marketing and branding – goes without saying The Farm House Project is her baby too!
